The brief
Create a show-stopping and unique evening at a private residence in the UK to celebrate a special 50th wedding anniversary for a private client. The event needed to be set up solely on and within the client’s property, making use of the various outbuildings to transform the venue into an immersive night that guests would never forget. We were tasked with defining and executing the theme, guest management, and the fun and safe delivery of all elements of the evening itself.
The Solution
We created and delivered a fully themed Latin American party, with experiences including a sandy Ipanema Beach Bar with themed cocktails, a rifle range, a cigar lounge and tequila tasting room, a tattoo parlour and a fortune tellers’ cabin. Entertainment included a Lucha Boys wrestling act, football trick specialist, and Mariachi band. Guests danced with Carnival dancers, smashed a giant pinata, and enjoyed a surprise confetti cannon reveal of our fully themed ‘Bolivia Square’, where the evening continued.
The Impact
Themed entertainment is experiencing a massive boom, with themed bars and private experiential spaces seeing a 195% increase in demand in recent years. Our fully themed party experience was a huge personal success for the client, and they enjoyed a wonderful ‘night at home’ in Latin America with all their loved ones. They said it was the perfect way to celebrate 50 special years of marriage. They danced the night away enjoying DJ sets and making memories into the early hours.
